2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are considered valid once payment has been successfully confirmed. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information when making a booking. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to bookings are subject to applicable policies. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with third-party regulations (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after all required documents have been completely received.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to adjust schedules, routes, or tour package components if necessary due to operational reasons or force majeure circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the trip and complying with all regulations from service providers. Nafaholidays is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Privacy and Security

Your personal data will be securely stored and used solely for booking purposes and customer service, in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and is the lawful property of PT. NAFA AMANAH SUKSES. Unauthorized use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia, with legal domicile in Central Jakarta.
